By placing an order through this website, you agree that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that you are aged 18 years and or over. Once an order is placed, you will receive an e-mail detailing your order. Your order will then be processed and despatch is usually within 3 working days.
The candles are made to order and this can lead to delays during busy periods, if you have any concerns about your delivery date please tell us and we will do what we can to assist you. Should you be dissatisfied with any of our products please inform us by telephone or email, if a refund is required then the goods must be returned in good condition
Exchanges/Refunds/Damages
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for ‘change of mind’.
If you were inadvertently sent the wrong goods by us, we will resend the correct items to you at our expense or arrange a refund to the cost of the item/s you purchased – the postage costs will not be included in the refund.
You must notify us by e-mail (with picture) if your order arrives damaged. E-mail must be received within 2 days of delivery date to arrange a replacement item.
Limitation of Liability
The Scented Cave shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if The Scented Cave has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
